ApplePeach Infusion Tea Bread
Move over bananna bread! This one may just take your place. This bread has a slightly crunchy crust and a delectable moist interior.
Ingredients
1 jar Palatable Pair Apple Peach Infusion Chutney
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbs oil
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tbs grated orange peel
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts.
Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of a 9x5-inch loaf pan or a 9 inch tube pan with butter or shortening.
Combine egg, granulated sugar, brown sugar, in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, orange peel and milk.
Combine dry ingredeints : flour, baking powder and salt, and sift into mixture . Beat for 30 seconds.
Add the whole jar of Apple Peach Infusion Chutney and the chopped nuts (English walnuts, pecans, or almonds would be good) and mix lightly. Do not over mix.
Pour into prepared baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until loaf is is golden and tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool some and loosen sides if necessary. Loaf should come easily out of the pan. Let cool before serving.

Softened Seasoned Cream Cheese Spread
Add 2 tsp granulated sugar to 4 oz of cream cheese. Add 1 tsp of ground allspice and 1/4 tsp of ground ginger and 1/4 tsp of ground cardamon and mix well. ( Adjust spices to suit your taste.) Spread on slices Apple Peach Infusion Tea Bread.
